They seem to think their clients are paying them to be evaluated, judged, stalked, and gossiped about. Regus (IWG) is DEFINITELY NOT the way to go if you're starting a new business in Austria. And the office solution isn't that great, even if you have your own office, because the walls are too thin. You can't have a slightly louder conversation without the company next door hearing everything, or you're the one who has to listen to the neighbors and can't fully concentrate on your work. These people think they're entitled to judge, stalk, and defame clients, and still get paid for it. Regus (IWG) is definitely not the right place to start a new company or business in Austria. And the office solution isn't very good; the walls are too thin, and everyone has to listen to each other without being able to properly focus on their work.

The price/performance ratio is terrible. It's completely overpriced for a tiny office. The heating often doesn't work in winter, and the air conditioning often doesn't work in summer. Every little extra service, from coffee to a nameplate at the entrance, is charged separately. Every contract renewal comes with a 10-30% price increase, and there are additional extra charges when you move out.

Regus is a total SCAM. I tried purchasing virtual office with the ability to have a legal address for my GmbH. While the prices are being higher than elsewhere, they do not give any clear statements on what's included in my package and what is not. I thought being able to register your company to an address is like a standard for a virtual office - they say "Now you can put our address on your website for $123 EURO/mo". So I went and canceled my contract after two days. While there was no refund given (what a nice business plan - to make unclear purchase process and give no refund), this weekend I had a charge attempt from Regus AGAIN. Their system does not give you the abiltiy to remove your payment method so they will be able to charge me whenever I want. I really want to call police at this point and maybe I should.
