COworking Paper occupies a former wallpaper factory on Via Vigevano 18 in Milan's Navigli district, where a skylit roof floods the open floor with natural light throughout the day. The layout combines dedicated desks with acoustic dividers and personal drawer units, glass-walled private offices for teams of up to six, and two phone booths for calls — all in a library-quiet setting designed to support sustained, focused work. Badge access runs from 9:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday, so members control their own schedule without waiting for staff to let them in. A micro-kitchen with fridge and microwave, a free coffee station, snacks, lockers, and a printer round out the daily essentials. A 10-person meeting room with a 65-inch screen and whiteboard is available for €200 plus VAT per day. Dedicated desks start at €400 per month plus VAT (no minimum term at the founding-member rate); private offices from €500 per desk per month on annual contracts. Freelancers, remote workers, and small teams seeking a calm daily base near Porta Genova are the natural fit.

Via Vigevano 18, 20144, Milan, Italy
Via Vigevano 18 sits in the Navigli district, Milan's canal-side neighbourhood known for its 19th-century architecture, independent studios, and a cluster of design-related businesses that make it a natural draw for creative freelancers and remote workers. The street itself borders the Naviglio Grande canal corridor, with a mix of concept stores, trattorias, and specialty coffee shops within a short walk. Metro line M2 (Porta Genova FS) is roughly four minutes on foot — one of the more walkable station connections in the city centre. Trams 2, 9, 10, and 14 serve the area, with the Via Vigevano/Via Corsico stop right outside the building, making the space straightforward to reach from the Duomo, Brera, or the southern ring. Cycling infrastructure along the Naviglio Grande means many members arrive by bike, and short-term rental docks are nearby.
Metro M2 Porta Genova FS is about a four-minute walk away, and trams 2, 9, 10 and 14 run close by, with the Via Vigevano/Via Corsico stop right outside. Book the day pass online before you come; members let themselves in with their badge.
A day pass at COworking Paper costs €25, and a monthly desk starts at €400. Both are the operator's published rates for this location. Day passes can be booked through One Coworking where the space supports it; for a monthly desk we will confirm the current rate and availability with the operator for you.
The space is accessible Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 via personal badge access, so members can enter and leave independently without requiring staff to be present. Day-pass guests are admitted from 9:00 to 18:00.
Private offices at COworking Paper start at €500 per desk per month, based on the operator's own published rate. The final figure depends on the room, the desk count and the contract length, so ask us and we will put the current offer for the size you need in front of you.

A beautiful and peaceful coworking space in the heart on Navigli. If you need a spot to work out of while visiting Milan would definitely recommend COworking. A short walk from the subway and the team is super friendly. Two call booths and spacious desks.
