Spaces Piazza Vetra occupies a glass-fronted building at Piazza Vetra 17 in Milan's Navigli district, directly bordering the grounds of one of the city's oldest chapels. Six floors of floor-to-ceiling windows pull in natural light throughout dedicated private offices, meeting rooms, and open coworking areas. Phone booths and informal corners — finished in wood tones and understated colors — give the floor plan enough variety to accommodate focused solo work alongside collaborative sessions. The building is equipped for disabled access and offers on-site car parking, a cafeteria, and lounge areas for breaks between meetings. Professional staff are present throughout. The terrace adds an outdoor option that few central Milan addresses can match, with views over the piazza and its adjoining park. High-speed Wi-Fi and meeting rooms with presentation equipment round out the operational setup. The address sits within walking distance of the Navigli canal network, making it a practical base for businesses that want a central Milan location without a generic corporate postcode.

Piazza Vetra 17, 20123, Milan, Italy
Piazza Vetra 17 sits at the southern edge of Milan's Navigli district, the area defined by a network of centuries-old canals that run between historic buildings and contemporary offices. The immediate piazza gives onto a small public park, and the chapel grounds next door offer a quiet counterpoint to the surrounding streets. Within a short walk, the Navigli canal-side is dense with independent bars, restaurants, and creative studios that have made this one of Milan's most characterful quarters — distinct from the corporate density of Porta Nuova or the fashion corridors around Montenapoleone. The neighborhood draws a mix of design studios, agencies, and independent professionals, which shapes the daytime atmosphere of the streets. On-site car parking is available for those arriving by car. The broader Navigli and Ticinese area is well served by Milan's tram network, with bus and metro connections providing access to the rest of the city and onward links to Cadorna and the suburban rail network.

Review summary
Across 11 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Piazza Vetra comes through as a polished, well-appointed workspace in a central Milan location that members find genuinely conducive to focused work. The atmosphere draws the most consistent praise — reviewers describe the space as new and beautiful, and the overall impression is one of care and deliberate design. The location earns equal appreciation, with members noting it works well for anyone needing to operate from the city centre without sacrificing comfort. The quiet environment is a recurring strength: members highlight that staff actively monitors noise levels, keeping the floor calm throughout the working day. Equipment and furnishings reinforce that sense of quality, with ergonomic seating and impeccable fit-out mentioned by multiple reviewers. A fourth-floor terrace gives those who want it an outdoor option for working, and the space is noted as clean and reliably connected, with usable WiFi across the floor. Staff receive broadly positive marks for their training and professionalism, and the availability of phone booths and quieter corners gives members flexibility for calls and focused tasks. Lunch options nearby offer a reasonable variety for midday breaks. A few honest caveats are worth noting. Pricing sits at the higher end of the market, and at least one member flags this directly. Some reviewers also note inconsistencies — whether in staff responsiveness, equipment reliability, food options, or the sufficiency of phone booth availability — suggesting the experience, while strong overall, is not yet entirely uniform.

Excellent location, friendly staff, although the service level is truly poor. Suitable for informal meetings. The catering was sparse, expensive, and the service was truly bar-like, with no hygiene standards. The trays were unlabeled to identify the contents and allergens. Only a post-it note with "veg" written on it for the vegetarian sandwiches... the service was slow. The room wasn't adequately equipped for computer connections. Although the desks had compartments for power strips so you could plug in your cables easily, the power strips were missing, and people had to crawl under the tables to plug in their PCs... I think the worst part was reporting these shortcomings to Spaces and being told they'd done everything correctly. Surely, if they operate with these standards...

Nice structure but poor professionalism and lack of seriousness in managing customer relationships.
