The immediate area is purpose-built for business travel and logistics, with the passenger terminal and its retail and dining facilities a short walk away — making it straightforward to meet arriving clients or catch an early departure. Road connections are strong: the A113 motorway links the site to central Berlin in roughly 30–40 minutes depending on traffic, and Schönefeld S-Bahn and regional rail services at the BER terminal provide direct rail access to Berlin Ostkreuz, Ostbahnhof, and Gesundbrunnen. The surrounding Schönefeld/Waßmannsdorf area is primarily commercial and industrial, so for retail, restaurants, and city amenities the terminal building itself is the most convenient option on foot.

Ich war absolut positiv überrascht von Collection Business Center Berlin Schönefeld. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern, hochwertig ausgestattet und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig zum Arbeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die professionelle, aber trotzdem sehr freundliche Atmosphäre vor Ort. Das Team ist hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und reagiert schnell auf Anliegen. Die Arbeitsplätze und Meetingräume sind sauber, technisch gut ausgestattet und ideal für konzentriertes Arbeiten oder Kundentermine. Auch die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Service, Organisation und ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld gelegt wird. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Berlin eine professionelle Coworking-Lösung suchen.

Leider kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Die Preise sind zu hoch. Für ein Büro, das man nicht nutzt, werden monatlich 10 € unter dem Namen „Energiepauschale“ berechnet. Für einen Firmennamen (10 x 5 cm) werden zusätzlich 30 € verlangt. Außerdem steigt die Miete jedes Jahr um 5 %
