Co-Office Keynes is a full-service office location of the Amsterdam operator Co-Office in the Keynes Building at John M. Keynesplein 10, in the Rieker Business Park in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, a few minutes by car from Schiphol, the Zuidas and the city centre; it is also Co-Office's home base. Since a renovation in June 2023 the building offers flexible, fully furnished offices from 20 to 140 m² for ambitious companies. Offices are priced per workstation per month: office 3.11 for four people at €350 per desk and office 3.14 for twelve at €375 per desk, and a virtual office address costs €79 a month. The all-in price includes furniture, cooling and heating, fast internet, fresh coffee and tea, cleaning, utilities, post service and free-to-book meeting rooms (two hours a day under fair use). You book meeting rooms and open your office with the Co-Office app and its digital locks, and the building has a large lounge and atrium, phone rooms, two kitchens, showers, lifts and wheelchair access. You park directly under the building and take the lift up; by public transport, a bus runs from Henk Sneevlietweg metro station. Tenants have 24/7 access, and contracts run from 12 months.

Keynesplein lies in the Rieker Business Park in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, an office district at the junction of the A4 and A10 motorways, which makes Schiphol, the Zuidas and the city centre a short drive away. By public transport you take a bus from Henk Sneevlietweg metro station on line 50. The park borders the Nieuwe Meer lake and the northern tip of the Amsterdamse Bos, so there are green routes for a walk or a run at lunchtime, and the Keynes Building itself has a large lounge and atrium where tenants can eat and meet.
