BC.Pempelfort is a small, owner-run business centre on Prinz-Georg-Straße in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort, run by DORA.Group with a fixed team and more than 20 years of experience. Instead of an open coworking floor it rents private, lockable day offices by the half day (from €39), the day (from €69) or the week (from €295, all net), each with a desk, an ergonomic chair, a docking station and Wi-Fi; an air-conditioned premium day office is also available. Four conference rooms suit client meetings, negotiations and workshops: room 1 holds up to 12 people and has a 55-inch screen (from €45 an hour), rooms 2 and 3 take up to four (from €25 and €35), and room 4 on the premium sixth floor seats six with a Samsung Flip and a view over Pempelfort (from €55). Every room has daylight, air conditioning, a conference phone and video-conferencing kit. Lawyers can rent a permanently assigned, lockable Kanzleiraum with their own sign at the building, and the virtual office starts at €89 a month, or €159 with daily scanning. Guests are welcomed at reception, and a kitchen with coffee, tea and water is there for day-office users. The house is open Monday to Thursday 8:30–17:00 and Friday 8:30–16:00, other times by arrangement.

BC.Pempelfort is on Prinz-Georg-Straße in Pempelfort, a mixed residential and business quarter just north of Düsseldorf's city centre. The Hofgarten park, the Goethe-Museum and the Malkasten are about five minutes on foot, and the city centre and the Königsallee about 15. The Pempelforter Straße U-Bahn station is around ten minutes' walk away, the main station about seven minutes by U-Bahn, the airport roughly 15 minutes by car, and the U79 takes you to the Messe in 13 minutes. Paid public parking is available along Prinz-Georg-Straße, and a taxi rank sits diagonally opposite the house.
