It has workplaces for more than 50 people on two levels: a ground-floor coworking area with long rows of desks and a lounge corner with a leather sofa and armchairs, and a penthouse on the 8th floor with glass walls and wide views over the east of Düsseldorf. Both levels offer desks in the open space and private offices. On the ground floor a flex desk costs €99 a month, a fixed desk €270 (€199 for the first three months) and a private office for up to four people €999 (€800 for the first three months); in the penthouse a flex desk is €350, a fixed desk €550 and a four-person office with its own terrace €1,750 a month. Every plan can be cancelled monthly, and all prices are net of VAT. Members get high-speed internet, 24/7 access, a conference room, private phone rooms, a printer and scanner, a water flat rate, a coffee machine, chill-out areas, a kitchen and a snack and drinks vending machine. Viewings are arranged by phone or email.
