Small meeting room
Pragmatic Space is an apartment-based coworking space in Tirana, operating out of Apartment 8 in a residential building on Rruga Andon Zako Cajupi. The setup is deliberately small-scale: library-quiet rooms, a furnished lounge area, a community kitchen, a balcony, and a cafeteria-style setup with free coffee, tea, and water — all designed for focused, uninterrupted work rather than the bustle of a large open-plan office. Weekday hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM) create a structured rhythm that suits freelancers, remote workers, and small teams who treat coworking as a professional habit, not just a drop-in. Membership begins via Instagram, which keeps the community curated and the atmosphere personal — the space's perfect 5.0 Google rating reflects the consistency of that approach. Fast, reliable internet and a clean, well-maintained environment round out a setup that competes on quality of experience rather than floor space.

Surroundings
Pragmatic Space sits in a residential neighbourhood along Rruga Andon Zako Cajupi — a quieter, low-key part of Tirana that reviewers consistently describe as a nice area of the city. The setting is genuinely residential: tree-lined streets and apartment blocks rather than the commercial density of Blloku, which suits the space's calm, focused character. The nearest public transit reference point is Stacioni Kashar, making the location accessible from the broader Tirana metro area. Because the space is inside a residential building — Building 24, Entrance 3 (Hyrja 3), Apartment 8 — first-time visitors should connect on Instagram beforehand to confirm directions and arrival; ring the doorbell on arrival. No major commercial landmarks are immediately adjacent, which is largely the point: this is a neighbourhood you come to in order to work, not to be distracted.
