Review summary
Across 107 detailed Google reviews, Wojo Paris 13e BnF reads as a stylish, well-appointed coworking address in the 13th arrondissement, drawing members who value design, convenience, and a rooftop escape from the desk. The staff earn the most consistent praise, with reviewers repeatedly describing the team as friendly, helpful, and attentive — a human warmth that anchors the day-to-day experience. The atmosphere reinforces this, with members pointing to "super stylish decor" that makes the space feel considered rather than generic. Private offices and meeting rooms are well-regarded, and phone booths for calls receive positive mentions from those who need moments of separation. The rooftop stands out as a genuine draw: members describe working outside with a drink as a highlight, and the location near the BnF is seen as a practical asset for those in the south of Paris. Beyond the core workspace, extras like a gym and foosball table signal an amenity range that goes further than most, and cleanliness is noted without complaint. The honest gaps, however, are worth weighing. Light and temperature conditions draw the most criticism, with several members describing the thermal environment as uncomfortable. Noise is a recurring tension — the designated quiet area has been flagged as anything but, with alarm disturbances noted. Wi-Fi reliability attracts negative mentions, described by one member as "catastrophic." The sense of community feels underdeveloped to some, with common areas not functioning as genuinely shared social space, and both food pricing and overall value leave a handful of members unconvinced.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Outdoor space. The most-raised point to know about is Light & space.

Great workspace with everything you need (a beautifully designed terrace with power outlets and shaded areas, quiet spaces, phone booths, shared spaces, foosball, a gym, etc.). The only downsides are the opening hours when you buy a day pass (which isn't very long) and the fact that coffee ☕️ isn't included.
