Wellio Milano Dante is a flexible office building of 4,700 m² at Via Dante 7, on the pedestrian street between Piazza Cordusio and the Castello Sforzesco, run by Wellio, the flexible-workspace brand of the real estate group Covivio. Designed with Cristofori Santi Architetti, its interiors draw on Milan's art movements, from kinetic art to Novecento. The building holds 390 workstations in private offices and open-plan suites, from €795 per workstation a month plus VAT, plus coworking on two plans: Formula Resident, a dedicated desk all year round, and Formula Club Pro-worker, with access during working hours. Four meeting rooms can be booked online or on quote, and a hidden garden, rooftop and bar host events for up to 90 people. Shared areas include a patio, lobby, lounge bar, rooftop, kitchen, play room and quiet alcoves. Concierge and reception with mail handling, a dedicated Wellio manager and a secure IT network with on-site support are included. Clients have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can use Wellio's other sites in Milan and France.

Via Dante is Milan's best-known pedestrian shopping street, running from Largo Cairoli and the Castello Sforzesco to Piazza Cordusio, lined with shops, cafés and restaurants and handsome historic buildings. Street artists and visitors mix with office workers here at all hours. Metro Cordusio and Cairoli on line M1 are both a few minutes on foot, the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are about ten minutes away, and Milano Cadorna station, with the Malpensa Express, is around twelve minutes on foot. The Parco Sempione behind the castle is ideal for a lunchtime walk, and Brera's galleries and restaurants are just north. Piccolo Café & Restaurant is right next door.
