Unicorn Workspace Village occupies a converted four-sided courtyard building at Richardstraße 85/86 in Berlin's Neukölln district, spanning 1,700 square metres with 33 private offices and 264 desks. The historic Altbau structure brings generous natural light into each workspace, complementing a setup built for focused, productive days — including phone booths for private calls, shower facilities, and a backyard for breaks between meetings. A resident barista, fresh snacks, and fast internet round out the daily experience without the corporate-campus feel. Founded in 2015, Unicorn Workspaces has grown into a multi-city operator across Berlin and Hamburg, but the Village location retains the character of its Neukölln setting and the hands-on attention of a locally managed team. The space suits freelancers, small teams, and growing businesses seeking a private office with real character in one of Berlin's most creatively active neighbourhoods.

Richardstraße 85/86, 12043, Berlin, Germany
Unicorn Workspace Village sits in Neukölln, one of Berlin's most culturally layered neighbourhoods. The Richardstraße address places it in the quieter, residential south of the district — away from tourist-heavy spots but well-connected to the rest of the city. Neukölln is home to a dense mix of independent cafés, galleries, concept stores, and international restaurants, making lunch and after-work options plentiful within a short walk. The area is served by the U8 U-Bahn line, with Leinestraße and Boddinstraße stations nearby, and several tram and bus routes cross the wider district, linking it to Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, and central Berlin. Cyclists are well catered for — Neukölln's flat streets and established bike lanes make it a practical daily ride from much of the city. The neighbourhood's independent creative scene and community atmosphere make it a natural fit for the kind of workspace that Unicorn Village represents.
To enter Unicorn Workspace Village, find the entrance displaying the Unicorn logo. Members use their access card, and visitors should press the intercom for entry. Assistance is available at the reception desk inside.

Review summary
Across 19 detailed Google reviews, Unicorn Workspace Village comes through as a welcoming, well-run coworking space in a well-connected corner of Berlin, where the people running it are just as much a draw as the space itself. Staff and ownership are the single most praised aspect by a clear margin. Members describe the team — with Claudia named directly — as managing the place seamlessly, lending the space a reliability and warmth that sets the tone from day one. Alongside this, the community earns consistent praise: reviewers describe fellow members as "unheimlich nett" and write of feeling genuinely at home, which speaks to something more than polite coexistence. The atmosphere is widely described as inviting, with good natural light, clean and well-designed rooms, comfortable ergonomic workstations, and reliably fast internet all mentioned as part of a solid everyday working environment. The coffee offering stands out too, with one member singling out the barista as the best they have encountered. Meeting rooms are noted as well equipped, and for those travelling, members point to fast connections to the airport and main rail station as a practical advantage. The honest gaps are worth noting. A handful of reviewers flag that the space carries sound rather too easily, describing it as noticeably thin-walled, which can affect concentration during busier periods. One member also found the atmosphere less consistent than expected on certain visits. These are minor signals in an otherwise strongly positive body of feedback, but worth bearing in mind for those who prioritise a quiet, focus-first environment.
