Its 650 m² floor holds 22 private offices of different sizes for one to eight people, most of them exterior, with views over Carrer de Beethoven and Carrer de Bori i Fontestà, soundproofing and high-end finishes. Each office is furnished with quality equipment and locked with its own access code, and clients share equipped meeting rooms, a reception and waiting area and a kitchen corner with vending machines. The office price already includes a registered address for your company, daily cleaning, reception of your visitors and handling of your mail and parcels, on top of ultra-fast internet, utilities and printing. Standard access runs from 7:00 to 21:00, with 24-hour access as an option; the building has permanent security and its own parking. SBC does not publish rates; they are sent on request after an enquiry or a visit.

It will soon be two years since I moved to SBC Beethoven, and I can only say good things about this business center. It's very well located, just 2 minutes from Diagonal Avenue, 5 minutes from Plaça Francesc Macià, and 10 minutes from the Illa Diagonal shopping center. It's next to Turó Park, a beautiful park perfect for a change of scenery and some fresh air. Around SBC Beethoven, there are countless quality bars and restaurants that make it easy to take a break from the office and grab a coffee at Bar Sideral, go down to Farga for lunch or tea on its terrace, try an ice cream at Roomys, or some wine at El Petit Celler—all just a minute from SBC Beethoven. On another note, I must highlight the human element. At the center's reception, you'll always find help if you need it, or simply friendly, helpful, and efficient service. And what can I say about the other staff members? They're nice, calm, and quiet, and you can really concentrate on your work with them. Without a doubt, there's a great work environment at SBC Beethoven. It's very quiet, everyone has their own office, and there are some common areas like the kitchen/break room or the coffee machine that are always a good opportunity to get to know your neighbors. I also think it's worth highlighting the two meeting rooms the center offers, which are easy to book, and which I've used myself on more than one occasion. When you have visitors and need a more versatile space than your own office, these rooms are perfect. And I can't forget the cleanliness of the center, which is another important factor to mention, as everything is clean, spotless, and ready to use every morning. I really hope to be at SBC Beethoven for two years and stay for many more.

I haven't been in the office for several years because I haven't had a real need to go. The staff is very competent and responsive, both with mail and phone calls. I'm really very satisfied. I'll have to come in person to introduce myself one day. Thank you.
