The reception desk assists guests with their check-in process Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Members, however, enjoy the liberty of 24/7 access using a smartphone-enabled entry system. Although the building isn't fully equipped for complete accessibility, there are avenues for assistance. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking available, but nearby parking facilities such as Parkhaus P8 and Parkhaus P1 are within a great distance. Visitors can use stairs to reach different floors as the building lacks elevators.

Had a very good corporate workshop at the WorkInn coworking space Bermuda Triangle in the Pirate Island area. We achieved good results, also because everyone felt comfortable. The room is very well equipped. There were a large number of tables and chairs: we could arrange them as we needed. We received great care, even though we always felt as free as if it were our own office. The atmosphere in the whole space is modern, everything is very clean and tidy. The selection of drinks and coffee is great. The location is generally great and equally good with regard to traveling by public transport and car (parking in the Husemannplatz car park). At lunchtime we reserved a table at the nearby Italian restaurant, but delivery would also have been possible. Important detail: Each meeting room can be reached via its own bell if someone arrives late. Booking and billing for drinks, for example, is very easy via the app or online. The prices are reasonable and fair. We have had a mini-membership as a Ruhr-Hopper for around a year. This concept is convincing and a benefit because you have flexible access to other spaces with a digital key or token. This creates flexibility, even though we have our (main) office location in Witten. In addition to the space in Bochum, we have already been to Mülheim and Dortmund and were also very satisfied. We would love to come back.
