Regus The Squaire Business & Conference Centre occupies a prime position within The Squaire — Frankfurt Airport's landmark mixed-use complex directly above the long-distance rail station. The centre provides flexible workspace options including private offices, coworking areas, and a full suite of meeting and conference rooms, with two of the largest rooms spanning over 2,450 and 1,850 square feet respectively. Disabled-friendly facilities, a lounge area, on-site cafeteria, vending machines, and car parking are available on-site, making it a practical choice for both day visitors and longer-term tenants. The location is particularly well-suited to international business travellers, regional teams, and event organisers who need professional space without the friction of commuting into the city centre. Natural light, well-maintained surroundings, and food and drink options within the building keep full-day stays comfortable and self-contained. As a Regus-operated site, flexible membership and day-pass arrangements are available alongside dedicated office plans.
Am Flughafen 12, 60549, Frankfurt am Main, Germany
The Squaire sits directly above Frankfurt Airport's long-distance railway station (Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof), placing this workspace at one of Germany's most connected transit nodes. High-speed ICE trains connect to Cologne, Munich, Berlin, and beyond, while the S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 link directly to Frankfurt city centre in under fifteen minutes. The complex itself hosts a substantial retail and dining offer — restaurants, cafés, and shops — meaning visitors rarely need to leave the building during a full working day. Frankfurt Airport's passenger terminals are a short walk via covered walkways, making the venue a natural base for teams with frequent international travel or clients flying in from across Europe. The surrounding airport district is purpose-built for business, with several major hotel brands and conference facilities within the same structure or immediately adjacent.
Regus is a global provider of serviced office space, offering flexible arrangements ranging from hot desks and coworking memberships to private offices and fully equipped conference rooms. At The Squaire in Frankfurt, this includes day passes, short-term office rental, and larger event or conference space with rooms exceeding 2,450 square feet.
Review summary
Across 24 detailed Google reviews, Regus The Squaire emerges as a large-scale conference and business venue positioned directly within Frankfurt Airport's landmark Squaire complex — a setting that draws consistent praise for its convenience and architectural scale. Location is by far the most celebrated aspect, with members repeatedly describing the space as beautifully situated and supremely easy to reach for international guests and those arriving by rail or air. Cleanliness and food also earn positive remarks, with reviewers noting tidy conference rooms and catering that holds up well during events. The physical environment is described by some as "hypermodern, bright, and purpose-built," which suits the needs of larger gatherings and corporate presentations. Where the space genuinely stands out is its draw for event organisers who need a prestigious Frankfurt address with strong logistical credentials — the proximity to the airport and long-distance rail connections makes it a practical choice for multi-city or international attendees. However, the honest picture from members includes a cluster of recurring concerns that carry real weight. Accessibility on arrival is a friction point for several reviewers, with parking and internal navigation drawing mixed feedback despite an appreciated cable-car connection. Pricing generates notable dissatisfaction, with multiple members flagging unexpected or hidden charges as a meaningful frustration. Staff experience is inconsistent, with some finding the team helpful while others report unhelpful interactions. Equipment reliability is a repeated concern — members caution that ordered equipment, including projectors, may not always be available as confirmed. A few also describe the overall atmosphere as somewhat sterile.
Members most consistently praise Location, Cleanliness, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

A large hall in a beautiful location. But be prepared that the ordered projector 📽️ may not be provided to you. Because it is not available and after 17.00 there is no one to contact, write a letter. And you have a full hall of people for a presentation. There was such an experience. But we still managed to get it 👌

This company would cheat on your money. How: 1. They have a lot of hidden charges. 2. Every month they will send you invoices with increasing amount of money and you do not know why you are being charged. BEWARE of them!
