I'd rather not have an office there than be a tenant. The location is actually quite good, and the offices themselves are okay. The staff is incredibly unfriendly, and if you want to clarify anything, they refer you to customer service on the portal. When we moved out, a strange amount was debited from our account, and we never received a response to our inquiry. Even the ticket we opened on the portal has been unanswered for eight months. I would never go to a Regus office again.

Absolute rip-off and zero willingness to resolve problems. There were discrepancies at the end of the month because I was billed for additional booking days. Despite multiple inquiries both on-site and at the "help" desk, I received no real answer to my question. No one felt responsible for my problem, and although staff confirmed on-site that I still had enough days available, these were billed to me separately. Zero willingness to work together to resolve problems. For me, this is a complete deal-breaker. The constantly changing staff also reflects poorly on the work culture, and the pricing policy (€1.50 for a tea bag...) leaves a bad impression. I cancelled my membership at the end of the month. Absolutely not recommended!

After moving out, we were accused of damaging several chairs. However, these were already defective when we moved in. There was no handover protocol. In our new Regus office, some of the chairs were also defective. Clearly, they use inferior quality furniture and charge customers for damages allegedly caused by improper use. I cannot recommend Regus. Furthermore, their complaint management is inadequate. They also tricked us into a coffee subscription we never ordered. Beware! They're trying to make money through the back door. We're glad to be out of there soon.

Very chic location, beautiful, bright offices with a wonderful view of the Theresienwiese! The reception staff are very professional and helpful!
