Dr. Krippener prepared an expert report last week regarding a workplace accident from 2023. Superbly organized and treated like royalty! 👌👍 Unfortunately, the public health insurance doesn't offer the same level of service.

A typical Regus Group location for open-plan office space available for rent. Unfortunately, reception is only staffed from 9 am to 5 pm.

I had decided to rent an office from REGUS on Moosacher Straße for one month. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of problems that I would like to share with potential clients. After the first month, I was unexpectedly charged rent for a second month, even though I hadn't intended this. Attempts to clarify this matter with the initially very sales-oriented sales manager, who had only agreed to a one-month rental, were unsuccessful, as he suddenly became unreachable (requests for a callback went unanswered). Only after several attempts to contact them through the central customer service did I receive a callback. To my disappointment, I was informed that they had no recollection of the original agreement and advised me to read the terms and conditions. Based on my experience, I advise others to be very cautious if they are considering renting an office from REGUS. It is crucial to put all agreements with the sales manager in writing, as my experience shows that promises and verbal commitments are not honored. It seems that customers could be lured into a contractual trap, which is a disappointing experience. I will no longer consider REGUS as an office solution. -- Quick Update -- While Regus responded automatically here, saying they would look into the matter, the promised reply never arrived.
