Regus Munich Laim sits in the Laim district in Munich's western corridor, positioned along Landsberger Strasse — one of the main arterial roads connecting the city centre to the western suburbs and beyond. Laim is an established mixed-use area with a residential character and a growing commercial presence, attracting logistics firms, mid-sized businesses, and professional services companies that prefer westside accessibility over city-centre costs. The surrounding neighbourhood offers everyday conveniences within walking distance, including restaurants and retail along the main street. Munich's S-Bahn and U-Bahn network provides connections into the city centre and out toward the Munich trade fair grounds (Messe München) and the airport corridor. For those driving, the direct access to the A96 and B2 motorway routes makes Laim notably convenient compared to more congested central locations. On-site car parking at the building removes the need to navigate street parking in the area.

For smooth and secure entry, members are provided with personalized key. The building is equipped with efficient elevators that lead directly to the office spaces, complemented by clear and helpful signage to guide your way. Review summary
Across 11 detailed Google reviews, Regus Munich Laim comes across as a clean, well-situated office location in the Laim district of Munich, drawing members who need a professional setting with straightforward public transport connections. Reviewers consistently point to the space's cleanliness as a reliable baseline, describing it simply as "sauber," and the location earns praise for what one member calls "perfekte Erreichbarkeit," making daily commutes or client visits relatively straightforward. A standout feature members return to is the rooftop terrace — described as a "Dachterrasse zum Entspannen" — which offers a genuine outdoor retreat that not every comparable space in Munich provides. The meeting and seminar rooms also receive a positive mention, with one member noting they are "sehr schöne Seminarräume," suggesting the space holds up well for more formal or client-facing sessions. Honest gaps do surface with some regularity, however, and prospective members should weigh them carefully. Pricing is the most consistently raised concern, with multiple reviewers noting the cost sits noticeably higher than comparable offerings in the city — "leider im Vergleich zu anderen recht teuer" captures the sentiment shared by several. Equipment provision draws criticism as well, with at least two members pointing out that basic office items are not reliably available on-site. A further note concerns organisational reliability, with one reviewer describing an appointment that was poorly managed, suggesting that administrative coordination can occasionally fall short of expectations.
Members most consistently praise Cleanliness, Outdoor space, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

I wanted information and prices for office rental, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be possible. Contact was made via an AI bot, which confirmed two phone appointments to me by email. Unfortunately, I never received a call. The number provided only goes to voicemail.

I expected significantly more professionalism from a large company with a strong public image. Despite a confirmed appointment on a public holiday, the meeting was not reliably kept and was poorly organized. Especially on holidays, one would expect confirmed appointments to be taken very seriously. Instead, the process seemed uncoordinated and rather amateurish, which is completely out of character with the company's image and size. Very disappointing – there is a clear need for improvement in organization and communication.
