My experience after one year: Pros: - Nice furnishings, as is typical of Regus. - It's clean. Cons: - The coffee machine is often unavailable in the mornings because the drip tray is full. The coffee itself is only mediocre. - The paper towels in the restroom are sometimes gone by the afternoon. - The internet speed is less than 30 Mbps, which is quite embarrassing for an office. - The reception staff always seems busy, apparently with other things to do.

I decided to sign a contract with Regus for two company formations – first in 2019 for an office on Leuchtenbergring and in 2024 for a virtual office (Leopoldstrasse). In both cases, mail could not be delivered to the address after the companies were founded. In the first case, they forgot to put the company name on the mailbox. In the second case, Regus refused to change the company name (even though it was registered in the commercial register). As a result, the tax office was unable to deliver mail both times, and it was returned. This prompted the tax office to conduct a special audit, which was extremely complex and time-consuming. I moved both companies and will never register another one with them. Neither the service for the physical offices nor a virtual location is worth the effort and hassle. All inquiries (via the local reception, the local manager, the sales department, or the main service hotline) simply went nowhere. I have never experienced such a lack of willingness to find a solution. For those interested: We have one company with Mana (Leopoldstr.), another with Nutrition (Odeonsplatz), and yet another with the KI Group (Sendlinger Tor). All of them offer significantly better service. Clear recommendation – just don't do it!
