We flew in to Memmingen late on a Saturday night so need somewhere convenient near the station for our Sunday morning train. We arrived just after 11pm so the digital access was perfect. The room was large, clean and well equipped. Only downsides, the sofa bed was very soft and creaky so might be an issue for a long stay. Because we arrived late there was nowhere open to buy anything and no milk was provided for tea/coffee. It was very hot in the room and there’s no aircon. There was a fan which we used but was quite noisy ask night.

This is an app-based hotel with no physical reception, operating entirely through digital check-in codes provided on arrival day after 3:00 PM. Positives: • In-room kitchen facilities • A little bit Spacious rooms Major Concerns: Inflexible Check-in Process: The digital code system creates serious inconveniences. Codes are only sent after 3:00 PM regardless of your arrival time, meaning early arrivals must wait outside with no lobby or reception area for shelter. I requested early check-in twice through their app but still received codes after 3:00 PM, leaving multiple guests waiting outside the building. Rigid Check-out Policy: Late check-out is not available - your access code is automatically disabled at 11:00 AM sharp, forcing immediate departure with no flexibility. Maintenance Issues: One day the system building's hot water failed completely, the lack of on-site staff became problematic. I had to contact them via WhatsApp, and it took a full day to resolve, forcing me to take cold showers including before work. Limited Housekeeping: Rooms are not cleaned daily or even every other day as standard. Regular cleaning is only available for stays exceeding 15 days, unlike typical hotels that provide daily or bi-daily service. Value Concerns: Pricing matches or exceeds standard hotels in Memmingen despite the reduced services and amenities. Bottom Line: While the concept of a digital hotel may appeal to some, the lack of basic hospitality services, inflexible policies, and maintenance challenges make this a difficult recommendation. Memmingen offers many traditional hotel options that provide better service and flexibility for similar or lower prices

Extremely clean and comfy. Location exceptional near to the train station and all accommodations. Fully self check-in, and people in Whatsapp were very helpful and supportive like they were with us. I highly recommend it.

Nice furniture, modern design, really clear and fresh room. Location is great like about 5 minutes to the center, near to all museums restaurants and coffees. The rail station is literally at the two steps outside.

Nice furniture, kitchen and equipment. Bed is really comfy. Was really clean and well structured. Tea and coffee gave us a good morning. Only downside was the temperature, an aircon would make the stay close to perfect. The ventilator in the closet does not do the trick. Code did not work in the elevator, but the stairs were still manageable.
