Very few amenities. Four dining tables with a total of eight chairs for over 20 offices and I don’t even know how many desks. The coffee from the machine is expensive and terrible. But the worst part is definitely the air conditioning. Every morning we walk into a freezer, and by the end of the day, we leave a full-blown oven. Despite countless complaints, it’s always the same. Honestly, working at a McDonald’s table would be preferable.

STAY AWAY!! I made a request for information because my wife and I needed a coworking space in Lisbon for a week. I got a first call, which was nice enough, but since the requirements by Regus were too cumbersome (need to be a company or a written confirmation from current employer) we thought this was too cumbersome for a one week reservation and made other arrangements. We communicated that to Regus on the same call and everything seemed fine. Since then however I have gotten multiple daily calls asking about the request. Many times a day from multiple phone numbers from different areas in Germany, meaning there is no way of blocking them. I demanded multiple times in these unwanted calls to stop and made it perfectly clear that said calls were absolutely unwanted. I am reporting Regus to the Bundesnetzagentur and if they don’t stop I might resort to legal action. If you’d rather not go through this stress, do yourself a favor and stay away. Never contact them! Since I signed up on their website that I am interested in their coworking I receive calls 3-5 calls a day. I told them various times to delete my number but they don’t. It seems like they also sold my data as I have received many weird calls since then. Also I receive many calls from Regus Austria. It’s a nightmare.

During my holiday in Lisbon, I had a flight cancellation leaving me to find somewhere to work temporarily. I had no Computer with me and required access to one as well as a working space. Having tried a few venues with no luck, I was recommended Regus. Although Regus had no official workstations with computer access, Tania at the front desk went above and beyond, resurrecting a computer from storage for me to work on! Unfortunately the operating system was incompatible with the work I needed to undertake, so Tania was so kind as to ring around other venues on my behalf. Thanks to Tania I was able to find somewhere to complete my work. Tania, I hope you read this and know you really helped someone in need! Excellent facility, pretty well located with metro/bus/train station 150m away from the building. Lots of options to eat in a 3 blocks range, a shopping center nearby. Very polite staff, always availabe to help. I recommend!
