I had a two-year stay at ArcusPark with HQ and everything was perfect! I would have paid more for utilities and internet alone than for the office at HQ, since everything is included in the price! If you communicate your needs clearly and promptly, you'll receive help as quickly as possible! The center team is always helpful and professional. Thank you!

WARNING! I would advise against paying by credit card! My credit card was charged twice for a training room booking! The event took place in October, and the money for the double charge only arrived last week! My initial emails went unanswered for four weeks, and the colleagues in Leipzig kept referring me to the service center – a complete disaster! The matter is now resolved, but I'm still arguing with this company about getting a refund for the catering (which I never ordered) that was also charged to me without any prior consultation. This organizer only knows one thing: how to ignore me and always pass the buck! Everything was booked "online," costing €269 "online," but they charged me €867! They simply charge twice for the training room and then for the catering they ordered, and presto, they're €867 poorer! That's a business model for you!
