The surrounding streets offer a practical range of amenities including banks, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Altona's combination of good transit access, urban walkability, and a broad mix of neighboring businesses makes it a sensible base for teams that need central Hamburg connectivity without being in the city's busiest core.

Review summary
Reviews of Regus Hamburg Altona paint a largely critical picture. The Wi-Fi is described as completely inadequate for the load, with priority internet taking a month to become functional. A 50% rent increase is reported by multiple tenants, and the coffee machine — charged at €40 per month — is said to be frequently out of order. The atmosphere receives strongly negative descriptions. Staff feedback is split, with some praising the team and others finding them unhelpful. The central Altona location is a genuine positive, and cleanliness is noted as acceptable.

Regus offers nice enough offices, but their corporate admin is a living nightmare. I've had renewal contracts signed, agreed, and then revoked while I was on leave, leaving me to sort out the mess. I foolishly signed for another office. I was outright lied to by the regional sales manager and salesperson about office scarcity. They pushed a massive rent increase, claiming offices were in short supply and this is all the stock they had, yet my entire floor remained empty and set up as showrooms for months. The staff setting them up as showrooms confirmed they weren't for tenants. This scarcity lie was used to justify a huge hike after they'd already cancelled an office I'd signed for, giving it to someone else "in error". Retainer deposits were supposed to carry over but vanished. Now, an outstanding invoice matching my missing retainer and an erroneous new contract charge has been withdrawn from my bank, despite months of protests. They simply don't care. It took a month just to get Priority Internet working. 'There was an Error' is their constant excuse, but every single error financially harms you. While the on-site staff are willing to help, the corporate machine is too slow, rigid, and utterly useless to genuinely service you. Run a mile from Regus; you should too."

Actually relaxed office space, but €40 for coffee a month and then the machine is constantly out of service or isn't emptied regularly, which only the staff can do!
