Review summary
Across 10 detailed Google reviews, members describe a polished, high-floor workspace situated in the heart of Frankfurt's financial district, where the city skyline forms a constant backdrop to the working day. The aspect members return to most emphatically is the staff. Across nearly every review, the team is praised as exceptionally client-oriented, warm, and consistently available — one member notes they are "äußert kundenorientiert, herzlich und jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar." This responsiveness appears to shape the overall tone of the space. Members also highlight the generous natural light and impressive views, with the building's elevation delivering panoramas that several reviewers single out by name. The offices themselves are described as stylish, spacious, and well-maintained, with cleanliness noted as a reliable constant. The central Frankfurt location, within easy reach of public transport and the city's business core, rounds out a setup that members feel supports both focus and professional impression. Where the space stands apart is in the combination of attentive, human-scale service within a prestigious tower address — an pairing that members find genuinely conducive to concentration and productivity. The clearest gap in the reviews is pricing. Five members raise cost as a significant concern, with one citing roughly €17,000 for three months in a 15-square-metre office. For those evaluating longer commitments or smaller budgets, several reviewers suggest the rates warrant careful scrutiny before signing.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Light & space, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

Absolutely not recommended! Even as a long-term tenant (over 10 years), I'm treated like a number. Mind you, the on-site team is helpful and friendly. However, everything is so automated and outsourced that you can't talk to anyone involved about existing issues or problems. They impose things and costs on you that aren't in the lease. But that doesn't stop Regus from suspending all services, even if only a fraction of the rent isn't paid (around 8%). I've explained at length why I'm not paying that portion, but nobody cares. There's practically no response. You're just a (nuisance) cog in an automated system, not a customer. Communication is nonexistent. Either you pay what's stipulated, or all services are simply discontinued. There's been virtually no communication with me for months! If you want a landlord you can't communicate with when problems arise, then this is the place for you. Money is gladly accepted, but criticism and other forms of feedback are not. Edit: Even though a message now appears under this complaint stating that the problem will be addressed, nothing has happened for the past seven days beyond an inquiry and my repeated explanation of the issue. There is clearly no interest in resolving problems for the customer as quickly as possible.

Rent is debited multiple times, you spend weeks chasing after your money, nobody answers the phone, and email support responds sporadically and without offering solutions. In short: 3 months in a 15m² office for €17,000
