Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for customers to find themselves standing in front of locked doors despite the opening hours being 9:00 (currently 9:45) and still no one's there. Typical.

I have been working professionally with the REGUS location at Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin since the beginning of the year and have only positive things to say. I would particularly like to commend the Center Manager, Ms. De Marzo, who manages this location with exceptional professionalism and warmth. She is always friendly, understanding, and solution-oriented – even in challenging situations, she remains calm, proactive, and absolutely service-oriented. Her support goes far beyond the norm: you can tell that customer satisfaction is truly important to her. This attitude makes the collaboration not only pleasant but also efficient and reliable. I would definitely like to see more business partners like her. The Gendarmenmarkt location is attractive to us not only because of its location but, above all, because of the excellent support provided by Ms. De Marzo. A clear recommendation – both for companies looking for a professionally managed workspace and for anyone who values collaborative partnerships.
