The centre is run by a tight-knit on-site team, with reviewers calling out staff members by name for their professionalism and attentiveness. Workspace options include fully serviced private offices and team suites, backed by meeting rooms, a lounge area, cafeteria, and car parking — with disabled-friendly equipment throughout. Europaplatz 2, 10557, Berlin, Germany
Regus Berlin Hauptbahnhof is located at Europaplatz 2, sitting directly above Berlin Hauptbahnhof — Germany's largest and busiest railway terminus. The station connects all major long-distance Deutsche Bahn routes, S-Bahn lines (S3, S5, S7, S9), U-Bahn line U55, and regional trains, making it one of the most accessible points in the entire city. Taxis and ride-hailing pick-up zones are immediately outside the station's north and south exits. The surrounding Washingtonplatz and Spreebogen district is a modern government and business quarter: the Bundestag and Chancellor's Office are a short walk north, and the emerging Europa-City neighbourhood — with hotels, restaurants, and retail — is developing on the station's doorstep. The Spree riverbank is walkable, offering a contrast to the steel-and-glass office environment. For visiting clients or colleagues arriving from other German cities or international connections via Berlin Brandenburg Airport, the location is as straightforward as an address gets.
Enter through Regus Berlin Berlin Hauptbahnhof's main entrance located on Europaplatz 2. Visitors must sign in at the reception desk situated on the ground floor. The building is equipped with elevators for easy access to all levels. Access to the coworking space is available 24/7 for members. There is no dedicated parking at the venue, but public parking options are available in the vicinity. Security measures are in place to ensure a safe working environment.
Regus Berlin Hauptbahnhof offers private offices and team suites, supported by meeting rooms, a lounge area, and a cafeteria. The centre is fully serviced with on-site staff, and car parking and disabled-friendly equipment are available.
Review summary
Across 19 detailed Google reviews, this Regus location at Berlin Hauptbahnhof comes across as a professionally run workspace right at the heart of the city's main rail hub, drawing solo workers, visiting professionals, and teams who need a reliable base in central Berlin. The aspect members return to most often is the staff, described repeatedly as attentive and service-oriented — "freundliche und serviceorientierte Personal" captures the tone that runs through multiple reviews. The workspaces themselves earn consistent praise for their equipment and presentation, with reviewers noting well-appointed offices and a level of cleanliness that extends to "saubere, geräumige und gut klimatisierte Räumlichkeiten." Natural light and the quality of the outlook are a genuine differentiator: several members single out an "außergewöhnlichen Blick auf den Fernsehturm" as unexpectedly impressive. Reliable wifi and a quiet, focused atmosphere — "wenig los, gutes konzentriertes Arbeiten" — round out what members describe as a dependably productive environment. Location is a clear draw, with reviewers citing "supergünstige Lage direkt am Berliner Hauptbahnhof" and easy access for clients or colleagues arriving by train. The meeting rooms are noted as a practical choice for central-Berlin appointments, and the on-site coffee offering is considered acceptable for a day's work. A handful of members flag areas worth considering: a minority of staff interactions fell short of the usual standard, accessibility within the building drew occasional criticism alongside the praise, and pricing is noted by at least one reviewer as running on the high side relative to expectations.

Super convenient location right at Berlin Hbf. The staff is professional and friendly. If you get a desk in the east-facing office, the view of the TV Tower and the city skyline is exceptional.

Great. I was there today. Not busy. Good, focused work environment. €3.50 for a cappuccino is okay. Fast internet. Cleanliness was fine. Friendly staff. A snack vending machine would be great. Not accessible from the train station. You have to go to the Europaplatz exit and then turn right on the ground floor.

Very convenient to reach, but come early as the check in takes ages. Check in #1 took around 5 minutes to even get up to the Regus floor. Check in #2 an hour later was with a different blondie who was new at the job and didn’t know what to do. Took almost 10 mins, a phone call and me showing my id (?!?) to be allowed to get back to my laptop and backpack in the Regus floor. Never again. The view is quite nice - if you like construction sites, but I won’t be returning.

The Regus Center at Berlin's main train station impresses with its modern facilities, professional atmosphere, and excellent accessibility. The dedicated team on-site deserves special mention: Mr. Topp and Ms. Helm do outstanding work – always friendly, helpful, and with a strong focus on customer service. Here, you feel very well looked after and can concentrate fully on your business.
