The amenities are disappointing, the soundproofing is very poor, and some common areas are starting to deteriorate. There are better options for renting office space. However, the location is ideal in relation to Saint-Lazare train station.

A very nice coworking space just steps from Saint-Lazare train station, easily accessible by metro or RER. Welcome with pastries and orange juice. The reception staff are very friendly. The site is secure. Tea, coffee, etc. are available for self-service.

In front of the patchwork of buildings at 3 Rue de Stockholm, on the sidewalk and in the gutter, there's an open-air garbage dump of cigarette butts. It would be nice if you asked your tenants to show a little environmental awareness; they're contributing to making the street very ugly.
