The offices come in four sizes from Mini to Maxi, furnished with electrically height-adjustable Bosse desks and lockable filing cabinets or left empty for your own furniture, and start at €699 a month with 24-hour access and flexible terms; the first month's rent is currently free. Lockable day offices for one to four people cost €30 to €55 an hour or €140 to €220 a day, and meeting rooms for up to eight people follow the same scale, with a 55-inch smartboard, hybrid conferencing and catering on request. The secretariat takes calls, mail, parcels and guests Monday to Thursday 8:00–18:00 and Friday until 17:00, and business addresses start at €129 a month. The house deliberately does without shared lounges and events, for discretion. Filter coffee, water, a modern kitchen, 250 Mbit/s internet and Epson printers come with the offices. Hourly, daily and address prices are net of VAT.

The AK St. Georg bus stop is about two minutes on foot and Lohmühlenstraße U1 station around eight; Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, with S-Bahn, U-Bahn, regional and long-distance trains, is about a kilometre to the south. Lohmühlenpark and the Alster meadow at Schwanenwik are both about five minutes away, good for a walk between meetings.
