O Momento is a boutique workspace, print studio, and stationery haven tucked into Lisbon's historic Baixa district — and its 4.8-star rating tells you everything about what makes it special. At the heart of that reputation are the people: staff like João and Ana are name-checked in review after review for going genuinely above and beyond, whether that's walking a first-time book publisher through bespoke printing options or pressing a free prototype notebook into the hands of a calligraphy enthusiast. The space itself is intimate and carefully curated — not a corporate floor of hot desks, but a warm, locally owned spot where serious work gets done. On-site you'll find high-quality printing and bespoke book publishing services, plus one of the most distinctive stationery shops in the city: rare Japanese notebooks, typography and design books, and hand-picked Lisbon posters. If you need a focused, human-scale place to work, print, or create in central Lisbon, O Momento is the rare find.
Experience the personal touch of a coworking space that's locally owned and managed, fostering a unique community spirit.
This is one of the highest rated workspace due to user feedback.

32 Rua do Crucifixo, 1100-183, Lisbon, Portugal
O Momento sits at Rua do Crucifixo 32 in Baixa — Lisbon's historic downtown grid and one of the city's most walkable, well-connected districts. The surrounding streets are lined with heritage architecture, independent cafés, and cultural institutions that make it as pleasant to step outside as it is to settle in. Baixa-Chiado Metro station (Lines Blue and Green) is a short walk away, making the venue easily reachable from across the city. Tram lines also serve the area for those coming from the hills. The waterfront Praça do Comércio is a brief stroll to the south, and the buzzing neighbourhoods of Chiado and Bairro Alto are just uphill. Street parking in Baixa is limited, so public transit is the recommended way to arrive.
Located at Rua do Crucifixo 32, 1100-183 Lisbon. The address is in the Baixa (downtown) area of Lisbon, easily accessible by Metro (Baixa-Chiado station nearby) or tram. Check in at reception upon arrival. Open Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM; closed on weekends.

The woman working here is incredibly lovely, polite & always smiling. It’s my first time meeting someone so kind and gentle in Portugal. Highly recommended, and the price for printing / copy (A4 size black & white) is also affordable — only €0.20 per page. Thank you! Will come again….

I was looking for a specific type of paper for calligraphy, and although I wasn’t able to find exactly what I needed, Ana went out of her way to suggest alternatives and recommend a suitable notebook. She even gave me a free prototype notebook they’re currently developing, so I could try it out and share my feedback. In the end, I still walked away with something useful. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Ana!

Whilst publishing my first book in the UK, I was facing issues with quality printing, and decided to enquire about book printing at Finepaper. I had an amazing face-to-face experience with João, who showed me my options and dedicated himself and the team to producing 25 prints of my book, 'The lifespan of a clementine' within just a week; working with their out of house printers with great communication. The quality was absolutely beautiful, and I'm delighted to have met the team, and would certainly continue working with them - Highly highly recommend!
