NuKleus X is a workspace near Alexanderplatz that grew out of the market research company Krämer Marktforschung, set up for teams, brands, start-ups and project units rather than as a classic coworking. There are five private offices of about 17 m², each with six ergonomic workstations, some of them with electric height-adjustable desks and furniture by MDD; high-speed internet is included, the offices are ready to use, and the minimum stay is four weeks. Personal fixed desks can also be booked. Five meeting rooms hold 6 to 50 people, with displays, whiteboards and set-ups for workshops, strategy meetings, team days, pitches and hybrid sessions, bookable by the hour or for whole days, with catering on request. Special spaces include an observation unit for market research, a sensory room for product tests and a large show and test kitchen that can also be booked for tastings, content production or team events. A sunny lounge with couch, fireplace and bistro area, a coffee flat rate, phone booths and quiet zones round it off. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00.
