The desks are arranged so that everyone has plenty of room, and a large maritime-style kitchen with a lounge and bar is the place for breaks and a chat with other coworkers and the team. Three packages are on offer (plus 19% VAT): Basic for €99 a month gives you a registered office address, letterbox and mail acceptance; Basic+ for €349 adds a fixed desk with access from 9 am to 6 pm, two hours a month in the creative spaces and a business address with mailbox; and Premium for €399 offers a fixed desk with 24/7 access and your own key, four hours a month in the creative spaces and storage space. Both desk packages have a three-month notice period and include Wi-Fi, furniture, cleaning, a coffee and water flat, the kitchen and bar, the lounge, printing, scanning and copying and a reception service. The creative spaces can also be booked by the hour: the Kreativbaustelle (23 m², 8 people) from €69, the Chesterfield-furnished Grand Salon (33 m², 8–9 people) from €79 and the podcast room (12 m², 2 people) from €95.
