MPB Media Park-Büros is an owner-run business centre on Hansaring, in business since 1999, which likes to describe itself as a four-star hotel for your company. Across six floors and more than 2,500 m², the corner building holds 64 offices in nine sizes: single offices for focused work, team offices for small and mid-sized teams and shared offices from one workstation, ready to move in and furnished on request. Every floor has a fully equipped tea kitchen, and phone and data lines are ready from day one. A small team of full-time staff runs the reception and also answers clients' calls under their company name – there is no call centre – and handles mail with scanning and forwarding as well as secretarial work such as typing, travel planning, translations and project assistance. Day offices and conference rooms can be booked through the house's own booking system: a training room for about 8 people and a large conference room for about 14, with Wi-Fi, flipchart, whiteboard, pinboard, projector and screen, and catering from the in-house business café. Virtual office packages range from a business address without c/o to phone service and Premium Plus with up to five office days a month. Prices are on request.
