Model Coworking is a recently renovated workspace on Carrer del Rosselló, near Sants station, with ten private offices and a 25 m² meeting room for professionals with very different needs, from nutritionists and psychologists who see clients by the hour to people who want an office with their own desk for daily work. Lawyers, consultants, creatives and entrepreneurs share the common areas: an outdoor garden, a kitchen and a coffee room. The offices have their own lock and new furniture; private offices start at €400 a month including three hours a week in the meeting room, and offices by the hour cost €15 an hour with a minimum of three hours a week, or €165 a month for twelve hours. Fixed desks start at €150 a month with two hours of meeting-room time, and there is also a shared table for up to six where you pick your seat each day. The meeting room has a long table, a whiteboard and a TV with HDMI on request, and the space can be hired for talks, trainings and workshops. The professional Wi-Fi uses WPA2/WPA3 encryption, and a cable connection is available.
