Beautiful premises, but a very mixed experience regarding customer relations and business address services. The premises are truly remarkable: very tasteful decor, modern spaces, very well maintained, and an excellent professional image. The range of services is also quite comprehensive. Be aware that the rates are high and many services are billed separately. For a very small business or a small organization, the cost/flexibility ratio therefore deserves careful consideration. For our training business, some restrictions are particularly problematic: for example, we were prohibited from using photos of the premises on our website, even though we need to be able to show the training facilities to our prospective students. Generally speaking, management is very rigid. Our main complaint, therefore, concerns the human element. We felt that the management was very focused on finances, with little flexibility or responsiveness in our interactions. It's a shame. We also work with other venue rental and business address providers who manage to strike a better balance between structural excellence and human interaction. In short: excellent infrastructure, but a much more reserved experience regarding pricing, flexibility, and customer service. For business address services, I recommend reading the cancellation terms very carefully before signing. The image is excellent, but the substance is rather lackluster.
