La Traviesa is a cooperative workspace for the social and solidarity economy on the first floor of Calle del Duque de Fernán Núñez 2, by Antón Martín in central Madrid. It is run by La Traviesa Kun, a second-tier cooperative set up in 2013 by the cooperatives Agresta and Dinamia, and is home to a community of cooperatives, associations and other social-economy organisations that share the space, its services and joint projects. There is a coworking area with nine desks, at €159.32 a month plus IVA per desk, and four multi-purpose rooms rented by the hour for meetings, workshops, training and events: a room for 4 from €7.30 an hour, rooms for 10 and 12 from €9.40 and €13.50 an hour, and an assembly hall for 50 from €21 an hour on weekdays, with lower weekend rates and reductions for longer bookings, all plus IVA. Members have internet and Wi-Fi, a printer and scanner, a kitchen and rest area, natural light and flexible hours. Good morning. I've been going to La Traviesa for breakfast for nine years without any problems, always enjoying outstanding speed and efficiency. However, last week one of the regular waiters left, and his replacements are far from matching the professionalism and speed of the previous waiters. This has left the most experienced waiter with the entire burden of breakfast service, and I've gone from having breakfast in ten minutes to waiting almost 20 for a coffee and a croissant. I hope you can return to your previous service as soon as possible and resume offering the excellent service you always have.
