Office rent covers business and tax address, call answering, mail and courier handling, visitor reception, 8 hours a month of free meeting-room use, daily cleaning, heating and air conditioning, electricity, private security and continuous opening from 8:30 to 20:00. A meeting room for up to 24 people and a training room for up to 30, with projector, screen, wireless microphone and whiteboard, are rented from €100 a half day. A virtual office starts at €30 a month. The centre is outside the SER parking zone, so street parking is free, and it is 10 minutes from Barajas airport.

The area is outside the SER regulated parking zone, so visitors park on the street for free, and the Parque de la Quinta de los Molinos, famous for its almond blossom, is three minutes away for a break.
