It offers flexible and fixed desks, lockable offices, a meeting room and a business address, and the agency works on the same floor. There is a meeting room for four to eight people (expandable to ten) with TV and presentation equipment, a video room for two to four, a fully equipped kitchen, separate washrooms, a lift (not step-free) and a classic Altbau balcony; pets are allowed. Rents are all-in: Wi-Fi, running costs, electricity, heating, cleaning, the kitchen and coffee and tea are included. The small 9 m² office is let; free at the moment are a large walk-through office of about 25 m² for €750 a month and one of about 26 m² for €1,200, or both together (about 50 m²) for €1,750, all plus VAT. The linked price list (as of August 2025) gives a flexible desk two days a week for €150 a month, a fixed desk with 24/7 access for €250, a business address with mail service for €50 and the meeting room from €20 an hour, all plus VAT.

gumpi5 is at Gumpendorfer Straße 5, right where the street begins at Getreidemarkt on the edge of the 6th district, between the Museumsquartier and Karlsplatz. Bus 57A stops a minute away at Getreidemarkt, the U2 at Museumsquartier is five minutes on foot, the trams on the Ring at Burgring six minutes, and Karlsplatz with the U1, U2 and U4 about eight. The TU Wien campus on Getreidemarkt, the Secession and the start of the Naschmarkt are all close by, and Café Sperl, one of Vienna's classic coffee houses, is a few doors down the street. For lunch you have the market stalls and restaurants of the Naschmarkt and plenty of places along Gumpendorfer Straße, and the museums of the MQ are next door for a break.
