In principle, it was okay, however, we spent three days as a group in the separate room, which was clearly too hot and significantly warmer than the rest of the floor. According to the staff, there's an air conditioner in the room, but it doesn't seem to be working. Despite repeated complaints over the three days, the staff couldn't do anything about it, nor did they seem to know anything about it or arrange for a technician. On the first day, we called the employee twice to complain that it wasn't cooling properly. First, he said he'd turn it down even further, which didn't help. A few hours later, he stood under the air vent and said that after hearing a faint noise, it must be working. We also spoke to the employee on the second day twice, but she was completely clueless. On the third day, the employee said that the air conditioner's air vent (he probably meant the split unit) was on the roof and that it was a known issue that the filter needed to be changed. Working in the heat isn't exactly productive or pleasant.
