Absolut unterirdische Servicequalität. Die Räumlichkeiten sind fast nicht zu finden keinerlei ordentliche Beschilderung und telefonische Auskünfte werden nicht erteilt. Im Gegenteil man wird bei telefonischen Nachfragen sogar noch angegangen. Ich würde für mein Unternehmen hier definitiv nicht buchen!

Absolutely abysmal service quality. The premises are almost impossible to find, there's no proper signage whatsoever, and they don't provide any information over the phone. On the contrary, if you call with an inquiry, you're even confronted. I definitely wouldn't book here for my company!

Herr J.D. scheint es mir der Seriösität nicht so genau zu nehmen (siehe auch anderer Post).Bei mir hat er günstige Ware kauft, die er im Vorfeld nochmal um -20% drückte und am Ende noch kackfrech per PayPal zahlte,wo wieder was von den paar Euros abgezogen wurde.Danach sollte ich die Ware auf seinen Wunsch mit einen von ihm zugesandten DHL-Label versenden, was bei mir schon negativ auffiel (weil manipuliert aussah, was ich sofort bemängelte), dann beim DHL Shop erst nicht abgenommen wurde, dann nach Diskussion aber doch noch. Am Ende wurde das Paket mit seinem Label von DHL jedoch im Paketzentrum abgefangen und ich musste es mit großem Aufwand sichern. Alles in allem stundenlange Arbeit, ein riesiger Aufwand und nur Ärger!Wir werden mal sehen was Herr J.D. sonst noch so vorhat?!? Mehrere Versuche seine "Fehler" zu korrigieren ingnorierte Herr J.D. völlig. Dann wird hier die Bewertung weiter angepasst.....

The organization and booking were seamless. I particularly appreciate the accommodating arrangement I was offered because I wanted/had to postpone my first booking (due to COVID-19). In that respect, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the team. The lobby and the room itself are a bit dated, and the kitchenette is a bit sparsely equipped. But there was nothing to complain about. Four stars only because there are more modern rooms/services available.

Organisation und Buchung waren problemlos. Besonders gut finde ich, dass mir eine kulante Regelung angeboten wurde, weil ich die erste Buchung verschieben wollte/musste (wegen Corona). Insofern habe ich nur positive Erfahrungen mit dem Team gesammelt. Der Vorraum und der Raum selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Kaffeeküche ich ein bisschen spärlich ausgestattet. Aber auszusetzen gab es daran nichts. Vier Sterne nur deshalb, weil es eben noch modernere Räume/Angebote gibt.
