Absolutely abysmal service quality. The premises are almost impossible to find, there's no proper signage whatsoever, and they don't provide any information over the phone. On the contrary, if you call with an inquiry, you're even confronted. I definitely wouldn't book here for my company!

The organization and booking were seamless. I particularly appreciate the accommodating arrangement I was offered because I wanted/had to postpone my first booking (due to COVID-19). In that respect, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the team. The lobby and the room itself are a bit dated, and the kitchenette is a bit sparsely equipped. But there was nothing to complain about. Four stars only because there are more modern rooms/services available.

So far, I can only report positive experiences with the company. I've been staying there regularly for about two weeks now. The rooms are very well-equipped for the price. Water and coffee are provided. I can't agree with the comments from the previous posts. But as they say, it takes two to tango. Keep up the good work.

The premises are adequate for average needs, and the rent is acceptable. However, the stairwell is only suitable for fish lovers, as it has a very strong, fishy smell due to the Nordsee restaurant. The waiting area is also not particularly inviting. Special caution is advised regarding the security deposit. After termination of the lease, it was not settled on time, and I only received a portion back after numerous reminders. I now have to sue for the remainder at the Freiburg District Court.
