Review summary
Across 32 detailed Google reviews, EBC Amsterdam Keizersgracht 62 comes through as a characterful workspace inside a historic canal house, sitting at the heart of Amsterdam's celebrated Keizersgracht. The aspect members return to most — by a considerable margin — is the staff. Reviewers consistently describe the team as exceptionally warm and proactive, with one member noting they are "incredibly friendly and helpful," and that quality of human welcome clearly sets the tone for the whole experience. The location draws nearly as much praise, with members appreciating the setting of a "beautiful canal house right in the center" of the city, giving day-to-day work a sense of place that a generic office building simply cannot offer. Meeting rooms rank third in volume of mentions, described as both well-appointed and atmospherically suited to impressing clients or hosting focused sessions. Beyond the core workspace, the back patio and garden earn genuine enthusiasm — members use words like "magnificent" to describe an outdoor area that offers a rare pocket of calm in a busy city. The spaces themselves are noted as modern and fully equipped, and the overall environment carries a sense of quiet and cleanliness that members appreciate. Catered lunch receives at least one positive mention, suggesting food and drink provision can land well. A few members do flag practical limitations worth knowing: accessibility is noted as a recurring challenge, with no dedicated parking nearby and the address considered harder to reach by car than by bicycle or public transport. Catering also draws the occasional mixed note alongside its praise.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Location, and Meeting rooms. The most-raised point to know about is Step-free access.

We are very happy to rent an office at EBC! A unique location, well-maintained, service-oriented, and very flexible. We chose EBC because, in addition to a beautiful office, they also offer secretarial services. This is very nice; it ensures we are always easily reachable, and I do not have to hire colleagues for certain tasks.
