I can't understand the positive comments. My experience with the HUB is completely different. They don't offer any advice regarding funding opportunities. They simply accept the relevant documents. Communication is incredibly cumbersome, as everything is done via email and replies always take days. I originally thought the HUB would provide comprehensive advice and some strategic guidance, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's also not entirely clear to me what the HUB actually does. I've heard from another source that the HUB has a relatively high staff turnover and that there are quite a few new employees. Perhaps the team just needs to gel and things will run more smoothly in the future.
