CREC París-Urgell is the newest space of CREC Coworking, a Barcelona operator whose community counts more than 800 coworkers across its spaces in Barcelona, L'Hospitalet and Sabadell. Freshly refurbished, the 300 m² space combines an open space with a large area of fixed desks, private offices for 2 to 10 people, two large meeting rooms, an office kitchen with high tables and a relax area, finished with wooden floors and warm terracotta walls. Private offices start at €400 a month for two people and €800 for four, with rooms for five (from €1,150), six (from €1,250), eight (from €1,300) and ten people (from €1,600); each includes unlimited 24/7 use, air-conditioning and heating, cleaning, parcel collection, a security alarm, the shared meeting rooms and kitchen and access to CREC's coworking areas. Fixed desks in the open space are available on request. Community builders Carles and Marc welcome new members, introduce them to the community and to CREC's other spaces, and run CREC Connect, which puts coworkers in touch to collaborate, share clients or start new projects. Contracts adapt month to month.
