CreativeGrounds Emmaplein is a boutique private-office building at Emmaplein 8 in the Willemspark neighbourhood of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, a minute's walk from the Vondelpark. Striking corner towers give the building a castle-like look, and the square around it is lined with stately townhouses, villas, cafés and restaurants. Inside there are seven private office suites for 4 to 24 people plus a one-person executive suite, three meeting rooms, five phone booths, a lounge for informal coffee moments, a salon, a kitchen, four pantries and a garden, all with a high-end interior design. Offices are fully furnished and let on flexible short-term contracts with all-in pricing that covers utilities, internet, cleaning, coffee and tea; tenants get 24/7 access, super-fast WiFi, an in-office refrigerator, business registration and postal services. Office prices are given on request. Three rooms here can also be booked by non-members per half or full day: Apollo for up to 15 people (€450 / €675), Minerva for up to 8 with a private balcony (€400 / €600) and Beethoven, a room for 1:1 sessions with sliding doors to the garden (€250 / €375), all excl. VAT. There is paid parking in front.
