Review summary
Across 27 detailed Google reviews, CREA Working Spaces Polanco emerges as a well-run, professionally managed workspace in one of Mexico City's most recognized business districts. The single most consistent thread running through member feedback is the staff: reviewers return to this point more than any other, describing the team as efficient, attentive, and genuinely warm — a quality that appears to shape the entire day-to-day experience of working there. Members also speak warmly about the physical environment. The space earns steady praise for its natural light, comfortable facilities, and consistent cleanliness — "Everything is always clean" is the kind of remark that surfaces more than once. The atmosphere registers as calm and purposeful, and several reviewers single out the quiet character of the space as conducive to focused work. Meeting rooms are noted as well-suited for concentrated sessions, and members appreciate that core equipment needs are reliably covered. For those weighing cost, the pricing draws favorable mentions, with reviewers describing it as reasonable relative to what the space delivers. Accessibility rounds out the practical appeal: the Polanco location is described as centrally situated and reachable by multiple routes, and a cafeteria on-site adds a small but appreciated layer of convenience. On the gaps, a minority of members flag occasional noise that can interrupt concentration, and a small number feel that the equipment offering could be expanded. These are minor notes within an otherwise consistently positive picture.

Hello, good afternoon. I know you rent these places, but I have a question: do you know if the Preparate offices are still there?

Very bad experience. The service was good but very noisy, and the screen was very poor. I needed to give a presentation, and it was simply impossible. I recommend looking for other options.
