I've been part of the community since the beginning of the year and I'm so happy to have found this space. The common areas are so lovingly, thoughtfully, and individually designed, the kitchen is superbly equipped, and Ninco itself is an absolute gem. The community, both in the office and in the building, is fantastic. One floor up, there's a friendly gym with a rooftop terrace, equipment, a sauna, and classes. It's a real game-changer for me, both for my lunch break and after work!

Ich arbeite jetzt seit 3 Jahren in der Communa7 und fühle mich hier pudelwohl. Hinter der unscheinbaren Fassade hat Ninco den Co-Workingspace wunderschön eingerichtet, er hat ein wahres Händchen für Gestaltung, von der Beleuchtung bis zu den Pflanzen. Ich kann sehr konzentriert arbeiten, das Internet ist mit 1GBit sehr schnell und stabil. Dennoch genieße ich auch die gemeinsamen Mittags- und Kaffeepausen mit den sehr netten Mit-Communa-Nutzer:innen im chilligen Wohn-/Essbereich. Für Besprechungen kann man unkompliziert den Besprechungsraum nutzen oder auch mal zur Entspannung ne Runde Dart spielen. Die Lage in Nippes am S-Bahnhof mit meinem Lieblingsbäcker Wiens um die Ecke ist für mich Top. Die Communa7 ist nur zu empfehlen.

Ein Coworking Space, der genau das hat, was ich brauche: - produktive Atmosphäre, ohne kalt zu wirken - schnelles Internet - nette Leute, die auch mal socialisen, aber die auch genau wie ich hauptsächlich zum in Ruhe arbeiten hier sind. Bonus ist die voll ausgestattete Küche und die vielen Pflanzen, die den Space zu was Besonderem machen.
