& Co Coworking in Berlin-Schöneberg is a deliberately small workspace — capped at 15 members across 190 sqm — built around the idea that a tighter space creates a genuinely closer community. Natural light floods the interior, which pairs ergonomic furniture with a rotating programme of art exhibitions on the walls. Two private phone booths handle focused calls, while a large kitchen opens directly onto a courtyard terrace for breaks between deep-work sessions. 24/7 keycard access suits the schedules of freelancers and early-stage startups alike, and daily cleaning keeps the space consistently fresh. Meeting rooms are available for team sessions or client visits. The PLUS membership plan even includes facade logo placement — an unusually tangible branding perk for independents building a professional presence. A free trial day ('Kostenlosen Probetag') can be arranged directly with Katrin Weiden, and includes a guided tour and coffee. Equipment, workspace quality, and the close-knit atmosphere are the space's three most consistently noted strengths.

153 Hauptstraße, 10827, Berlin, Germany
& Co Coworking sits at Hauptstraße 153 in Schöneberg, one of Berlin's most liveable inner-city neighbourhoods. The immediate stretch of Hauptstraße is lined with independent cafés, restaurants, and small shops — plenty of options for lunch away from the desk or a morning espresso before settling in. Kleistpark, the neighbourhood's green anchor, is a short walk away and makes for a natural midday reset. The Julius-Leber-Brücke is also close by, useful for cyclists commuting in from neighbouring districts. Public transport coverage is strong: the Kleistpark U-Bahn station (U7) puts the space within easy reach of Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and central Berlin, and several bus lines run along Hauptstraße itself. The combination of walkable streets, transit frequency, and a genuinely local neighbourhood feel makes Schöneberg a practical — and pleasant — base for anyone working independently in the city.

Alongside the well-appointed fit-out, the café offering draws strong praise — members highlight it as an excellent reason to settle in for a full working day. My four colleagues and I had the pleasure of spending a day working in the conference room at & Co Coworking. The conference room itself, as well as everything surrounding it – from the kitchen and soundproof phone booth to the courtyard terrace – was so wonderfully thought out and simply inviting. These are spaces where you just want to be. Highly recommended! And whether it's creative brainstorming or focused time with analytical work – it's all possible here!

A truly fantastic coworking space! It's bright, beautifully furnished, and has everything you need in an office: excellent coffee, a large kitchen, quiet areas for calls, and a great community. I really like it here.

A pleasant, almost familial atmosphere. Opportunities for networking and making contacts arise if desired. A large kitchen, courtyard, and private conference room, all in a bright, modern design.
