I have had a very positive experience with Clockwise so far. The building feels very well designed and managed to a high standard, and one of the biggest advantages for me is having visitor parking available, even though spaces are limited. This is especially useful as many nearby office buildings do not offer parking at all. I also like that there are office options to suit different budgets, and the team has been particularly flexible and helpful with my requirements, including parking, window frosting, the business address and internet arrangements. The building is almost fully serviced, which makes day-to-day working much easier. For example, I no longer need to keep my own paper shredders in the office because confidential waste can simply be placed in the secure boxes provided on the 5th floor. The meeting rooms and lounge areas are also very useful. Another major advantage for me personally is the location, as it is very close to my home. There are a few things I am still getting used to. My office, 2.17, is a very nice office, although it does not receive much direct sunlight, so I am interested to see how it feels during the winter months. The air conditioning is also quite noisy, although I may not need to use it very often. I am also conscious of the annual rent increases, as keeping occupancy costs predictable is naturally important for a small business. Overall, however, my experience has been excellent and I would be very happy to recommend Clockwise.
