Brochant (Metro line 13) is roughly seven minutes on foot, making it straightforward to reach from Montparnasse or Saint-Lazare with a single ride. Porte de Clichy serves Metro line 14, RER C, and tram T3b; Pont Cardinet (Transilien lines J and L) connects directly to Gare Saint-Lazare. Guy Môquet and Porte de Saint-Ouen (both line 13) add further options. Buses 28, 31, 54, 66, 74, 95, 163, and 174 stop at Épinettes. Review summary
Across 26 detailed Google reviews, Be-Coworking 60 Jonquière comes through as a carefully designed workspace tucked into the 17th arrondissement, where the emphasis falls on atmosphere and attentive human presence. Members consistently lead with praise for the staff, who are described as friendly and genuinely available — this is the most frequently cited aspect across all reviews, and it shapes the overall tone of the experience. Alongside that warmth, reviewers highlight a space that feels "very well-designed and pleasant," with a calm, focused environment that supports concentrated work without the noise distractions common in larger shared offices. Meeting rooms draw strong and repeated approval, with members noting they are well-suited for client calls and small team sessions. Pricing earns explicit mentions as competitive, which reviewers appear to weigh alongside the professional equipment provided on-site. The quietness of the workspace is called out as a genuine asset by those who need sustained focus. A handful of members also note that events are regularly organised, adding a layer of professional exchange to the day-to-day experience, and the space is described as clean and well-maintained throughout. One recurring gap worth noting is findability: at least one reviewer flags that the entrance is understated and easy to miss, describing the storefront as "too discreet." There is also a single note of mild criticism directed at staff, suggesting that while the welcome is broadly warm, occasional inconsistencies in service have been noticed.

A friendly, welcoming, and unique place to live. A business incubator. A pleasant coworking space. Large rooms are available for meetings, condo association meetings, sports classes, and more. Professional equipment is provided (projector, screen, green screen, etc.). Plenty of events are organized to bring the neighborhood to life (breakfasts, after-work drinks, etc.). Go check it out!
