The surrounding streets along Rue de Londres and the broader quartier Saint-Lazare are lined with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants, giving members plenty of options for lunch or informal client meetings outside the building. The nearby Haussmanian boulevards of the 8th — including Boulevard Haussmann's department stores and the financial offices of the western CBD — add to the area's mix of business utility and everyday convenience. It is a genuinely central address without the congestion of the 1st or 2nd arrondissements.

Review summary
Across 63 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Saint-Lazare comes through as a well-located professional workspace in one of Paris's busiest transit hubs, drawing members who value atmosphere and attentive service above all else. The working environment is the most consistently praised aspect of the space. Members describe a genuinely pleasant place to work, with the team singled out repeatedly as "attentive and caring" — a human quality that shapes the day-to-day experience. The atmosphere scores are among the highest in the review set, and reviewers consistently mention that the surroundings feel calm and professional, with quiet offices and dedicated call "bubbles" that help members stay focused. The central position, just steps from Saint-Lazare train station, is noted as a practical advantage by several members, and the space is generally described as clean and functional. Where the space stands out most is in its client-facing appeal — meeting rooms draw compliments for the impression they make on visitors, and the overall setting reads as polished enough to host external guests comfortably. Several honest gaps emerge from the reviews, however, and they carry enough weight to note carefully. Pricing draws criticism, with some members finding costs difficult to justify. Wi-Fi reliability is flagged as a recurring issue, with complaints of slow connectivity. Natural light receives notably little praise — a few members describe the space as rather dim. Food and drink arrangements also frustrate some, particularly locked fridges that prevent members from storing their own food. Accessibility outside staffed hours has occasionally been a pain point as well.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Coffee & food.

It's supposedly open 24 hours a day, I'm standing in front of it, it's closed and on top of that, nobody answers the phone.

We stayed there for two months and went from one disappointment to another: - Nonexistent hospitality - Dirty toilets - ATMs constantly out of order - No water fountain. You have to pay for anything. - Dining tables instead of desks - Far too few video conferencing pods, and they're always occupied by people who set up camp for the day. I strongly advise against staying there.

The premises are very nice, but the reception staff are not welcoming; rather, they are condescending and not at all helpful. Don't expect any polite formalities here. You are not given the same respect as if you were a client with a fixed office. Nomadic entrepreneurs are not viewed the same way here. We can remind you of that! In terms of infrastructure, not everything is available for guests: - No water fountain in the common areas. No sink in the "kitchen"—you have to get water from the toilets... - No hot water; it costs €2. For Ayurvedic practitioners and those who drink hot water the Asian way all day, this isn't ideal. - No restaurant: The apps say there's a restaurant, but rest assured, there isn't one. - No real kitchen. No sink. Furthermore, even if you bring your own food, the "kitchen" doesn't have glasses, cutlery, or plates. - No access to the refrigerator. You can't put anything in the fridge; it's locked, and don't even bother asking them to put anything in there—it's a no-go. - The same goes for heating anything; there isn't a single microwave or hotplate in the "kitchen." In short, the decor is magnificent, but the comfort is terrible! If these few points were improved, it might be an excellent place to work. In the meantime, they're doing everything they can to make us uncomfortable. It's almost premeditated!
