Eine positive Überraschung. Super-freundliches Personal vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Ende des Seminars. Alle Basics stimmten (gut gefüllter Moderationskoffer, abgesprochene Aufstellung im Raum, leckeres Mittagessen und Snacks, überraschende Getränke usw.) Und dazu noch schönes Design und eine "ja, klar machen wir"-Haltung der Mitarbeitenden. Alles was man sich als Trainer wünscht. Vielen Dank!
